Rude,pathetic,outrageous and babaric Sales agent behavior
Pathetic, rude sales agent. I just received a call from rewardsco no *** to offer me a so called VVIP service on top of my current MTN contract coming to an end in october. As soon I mentioned my less interest for now. She become irrate and started yelling, then abruptly dropped the phone on me. Rewardsco you can do better than..Please take your immature and inexperienced agents through customer services courses it will assist otherwise your business is in jeopardy. Not all of them are this rude obviously
