RewardsCo/MTN
RewardsCo is not the easiest company to deal with. They took over 2 weeks to get back to me regarding my cancellation query with no follow ups in between. Calling almost everyday to follow up wasted my time and airtime. After incessant calls, emails and visiting an MTN branch demanding cancellation, I eventually got feedback, and my cancellation was confirmed and completed. I would NOT recommend buying any contract product via the phone, rather go in-store. MTN is pathetic. Worst customer care experience ever. Sorry to say. But thank you to Dhanesh for keeping his promise to get back to me.
