Rewardsco upgrade nightmare

Company approached me to upgrade 2 contracts. I agreed on handsets and the new contracts for a period of 24 Months. This was recorded and I and the agent repeatedly stated that this is contract 1 and contract 2 with a new agreement for 24 Months. I received my phones and only 2 weeks after an email with the quotes they said I will receive the same day. The contracts were wrongly done for 36 and 48 months and not 24 months as agreed. 2nd contract totally different and more expensive package we agreed to. Trying since September to get this sorted with 1 after the next promise they will come back and resolve this. Really misleading and blatant ***** with extremely poor service and empty promises.
