COMPLETE ***** !!! So to begin from the start...I app**** online for a contract with mtn,2 days went past then i received a call from Rewards.co on behalf of mtn...they helped me do a online credit check and i qualified for a package of R200.... they then told me what deals was avail to me then i opted for Huawei y7P on their small phone deal that includes 500mb all time and 500 night time data for R198 pm ..we went thru all the t's and c's ect ect were i was asked 2 or 3 times to confirm that the contract im taking is the huawei y7P on R189pm for 500mb = 500mb, i rep**** yess yess yess...Then was said to me that package will be delivered within 3-10 business days....a day or two after i got a call from dsv couriers that i will next day be receiving my package around 1pm and 3pm next day and that i should have my proof of res and a copy of my id.The courier then came by and only delivered a simcard and no phone, he told me to contact mtn and enquire ...mtn keeps putting me through to sales...sales keeps putting me thru to rewards.co and rewards.co,,,, everytime they say holdon im putting you through then the phone diess in my ear...almost R250 airtime spent later on calls i still dont have any answer from them....i then called mtn and explained my story to them...they filed to cancel contract and said i will receive an email of cancelation but still have not received anything yet hours later......WEAKEST WEAKEST WEAKEST IVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So tell me is this some kind of **** ??????????????????
