REWARDSCO MUST MAKE THEIR CONTACT NUMBER A TOLL FREE NUMBER!

I bought a device online from MTN. When I had to cancel my contract, MTN told me to contact Rewardsco. I was holding the line for 45min before I got through an agent and I was given instructions to return the device to an MTN store and then call them back with reference numbers.

NOW Rewardsco charges R3 some change per Min for a call and yet you wait for an eternity to get through. Network minutes don't work since it's a Premium number that charges. How must I get through to you to cancel a contract when even R100 airtime is not enough to get me through to an agent????!
