Rewardsco & MTN....What a disaster!

I had an upgrade, phone arrived 2 days ago. It does not work how it should. I called MTN to rectify the situation, but they directed me to Rewardsco. I called 3 numbers at Rewardsco, but the 2 of the numbers only rings about 10 times, then it dies. The 087 number rings for days, with no answer. I inboxed them on Facebook, no answer. I inboxed the person they promoted in August to assist in the process, no luck. I just want to send the phone back and get another one, but as it seems to be the most difficult thing on earth to get a hold of them, i want to cancel my MTN contract as this seems to be the only way to get rid of these people.... BUT, then i get a charged for cancelling the contract within my 7 day cooling period... WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING MTN?????
