RewardsCo MTN ......useless retards
I did 2 upgrades simultaneously using this company and it is an absolute nightmare....absolutely usesless. Firstly I noticed a debit order set up with double the amount and the Sales Agent promised me other wise, this is when i knew it was *****...I called them immediately and requested cancellation. I then went into MTN to take up a contract and I was advised they cant upgrade me unless these orders are cancelled on the system....I have made numerous calls to this company but seems to be a bunch of retards working there. 1)I did not take delivery of any phone 2) I cancelled this order with your Sales agent and DSV last week. 3) You guys still sent the delivery company out Please cancel this ***** deal yourll initiated and let me get my contract from MTN

Please note that the orders are with DSV couriers, therefore, a request has been sent to DSV to return the order to the MTN warehouse.
Once the order is returned to the warehouse, your application will be cancelled.
