It's been a headache trying to get back my money from Rewardsco,after a ********** iPhone 13 was taken under my name.Since December 2021 they have been debating me for a phone I don't even know about.Th3 ******* is receiving 50GB and the latest iPhone with my credentials.I have sent all the relevant documentation that was asked of me.Turn around times have been extended over and above.Its now been two months after the last time they said they are investigating.In the meantime they keep taking money off my account.Now in April they took double the amount R2477.I hate MTN with my whole being along with Rewardsco because they are failing to investigate this.Don't trust these ********.Worse part I have never received a call from Rewardsco of a cellphone contract ever in my life, but they insist the recordings show its me.I insist that is not my voice.The physical address on the invoice is not mine as well the email address.They are failing me and *****ing me hard earned money.Please stay away from these people.Hellopeter expose and shame these daylight ******s.
