Rewardsco mtn contract

Hi i had a terrible experience . someone called me September last year 2020 offering me a data sim contract on behalf of MTN. our conversation went well because he told me i will get 24G data every month for R89. i agreed to the contract. next thing i received 2 sim cards. month end of September they debited R302 from my account. i told them to cancel the contract because i didn't agree to this contract. fast way forward, on April i called again mtn saying i want to cancel the contract because i don't even have both the sim cards, I've paid a cancellation fee of R311 as for our electronically conversation with the account department on the 1st of April , they skipped the next month they did not debit. i thought they have cancelled. but no this woman i was talking to said they thought i was paying forward/in advance. I'm so mad because no one is calling me back i got all the ref number about the case but no way forward. funny part last month July they debited R220, I've reverse that amount, again this month they debited R412. I've just reverse that too, because i don't see a reason why they are busy debiting my money, LAST YEAR OCTOBER Rewardsco they have opened a case.CASE NO. RCO10991 last year. I have called mtn again they told me in order to cancel the contract i must pay R311 for each sim card the person i spoke to this week told me that the person who was in charge of my case she no longer working there, they will come back to me next week. Please help as i dont have a solution about this case.
