Rewardsco & MTN - an *********** partnership

Rewardsco ran a promotion with MTN for uncapped home internet 20mbps. I was told it was approved and that an MTN agent will call to seal the deal. This was 3 weeks ago. I called rewardsco twice and still nothing. This is typical behaviour when dealing with a call centre nd call centre agents. Incompetence is found everywhere and in every organization in SA. I will call Telkom tomorrow and hope im not met with the same type of incompetence as experienced with Rewardsco & MTN call centre staff.
