REWARDSCO / MONDO - ***** - NO ACCOUNTABILITY
**********!!! They allow Mondo Connect Pty Ltd (a subsidiary) to open accounts without the proper documentation. They allowed someone to open contract with MTN in January using my details. I reported as *****, emailed their ***** departments with the affifavit from the police, copies of the unsigned contract that I obtained from MTN. It is now 3 months, MTN closed the query stating they don't have the documentation (I have loads of proof that they do). Mondo is just as useless they run that entire company without managers cause they always out or unavailable. Contact Rewards Co and its not their issue. I wander what would if this happened to one of their directors!!! Now its on on credit score as a creditor and because I refuse to pay the account, its impacted negatively to my score!!! NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! SHOCKING SERVICE
