Rewardsco misled me

I have received a call from a debtor that said mtn has handed me over due to me not paying R1000 and some change which i was very confused about because i have been misled by mtn rewardsco sales agent and a investigation went on and i was called by a lady about 3 or 4 months back saying that the contract that was given to me will be canceled and any funds that was taken out from my account will be refunded back to me due to the fact that they listened to the call and found the sales agent selling me something n billing me for somthing totally different i am really frustrated and im up to a point where i will open a case against mtn this is very unprofessional for a company i won't be paying not a cent to mtn n if it means me getting my lawyer involved i will do so .....this matter needs to be sorted out it is mtns hiccup and rewardsco today 1 dec 2021 i get a call from nudebt say i oqe mtn R1500 and i need to pay mtn because its an active account and i must go and sort it out with who ever because mtn is not the fault so rewardsco i plead with you please sort it out because you called me said it was canceled and what not and now im getting phone calls this is really not on
