MTN online Rewardsco. *****sters on the 29th of July they called me to tell me about new packages I explained I don't want to change my package as my contract is coming to an end especially if there will be any changes to my instalment.the agent promised me nothing will change on my account. I asked for email confirmation of the package till today never received the email. I called back the same day to tell them I don't want the new packages they must cancel. The lady responded and said no change of package was requested my package will stay the same as it was .to my surprise today I was over billed
