Rewardsco is ********* and unprofessional
I am very disappointed in Rewardsco. I was phoned by a lady to supposedly upgrade an excising line that I have. I then agreed to the "upgrade". After requesting the recording for 4 weeks with 4 different attempts I could then gather that when she read the terms and conditions I could barely hear what she was saying. She rumbled off her words as well as the terms on conditions. amongst these T & C`s she stated that a new line activation will be done on my account.
I am now going to sit with this contract for 24 Months due to the fact that this lady rambled all the T & C`s. Although I want to cancel this account but it is not possible.
I find this very ********* as well as unprofessional from Rewardsco side. And since this is their way of doing business I will NEVER in my life support either Vodacom nor RewardsCo.
