Rewardsco *****ing money

I app**** for a MTN contract with a phone and a watch. Over the recorded line i asked more than once if the consultant is sure the watch is included. The consultant confirmed that it is. I received the phone but not the watch. An investigation showed they Rewardsco was in the wrong. I am paying for the contract but did not received what i signed up for. Now they still dont want to send me the watch as per agreement over the 1st phone call ....very bad service ......no one is helping and pushing me from side to side even the phone was dropped when the dont want to speak to me ......
