REWARDSCO.

On 16 November 2023 I was due for an MTN upgrade. I received a call from a lady saying she was from MTN. She had all my personal details. She offered me a new 36 month contract which included a new cellphone, 20 gigs of data and 100 minutes per month. She told me the call was recorded. I received my new cellphone via courier. No problem. At the end of November, I did not receive my 20 gigs of data or 100 minutes. I contacted MTN and was told the contract was done by REWARDS COand that I only receive 2 gigs of data and 25 minutes per month. I complained to REWARDSCO who promised to investigate and get back to me in 2 business days. Almost 2 weeks ago. Have heard nothing since..False promises bordering on *****. And no follow up.
