Rewardsco EXPENSIVE unwanted data contract

MTN marketing company REWARDSCO phoned me about this "amazing" data deals over a year ago. Wanted to sign me up and I clearly told them that they can migrate my current contract to the new package, but instead they sent me a new contract. I have been trying to solve this for over a year now with ZERO success. They recon I must pay a cancellation fee that is way over R1200 on the last attempt. Now I must phone rewardsco, hold on for hours, the get a settlement amount from them, and then go pay this amount at MTN Shop and only then this might be resolved. NOBODY SHOULD TRUST THE PEOPLE AT REWARDSCO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
