Rewardsco Entrapment!
An unauthorized upgrade that was done on my contract on 29.08.2023.
It was queried within 48 hours, yet I have contacted them repeatedly with empty promises of reversing it, and it is still not changed.
It is totally unacceptable that your sales team tricks people into upgrades without giving them a clear explanation. This is *****!
