Avoid this company at all costs.Call centre agent alleged she was from MTN doing upgrade on my contract which was about to expire. Promised me my new contract included 20 gigs data and 100 minutes. Ended up receiving 25 minutes and 2 gigs data. On my complaint ,the recording of the conversation revealed that the call center agent made false representations and promises. She was to face disciplinary action and my contract was to be corrected. Needless to say,nothing has been corrected and I'm still stuck with the *****ulent contract.All attempts to contact them on their FB . messenger site are a waste of time.I hope MTN are aware of this devious activity? AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
