Rewardsco and MTN false promises!

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Rewardsco . I was sold a device that doesn't work as promised, and despite numerous attempts to seek help, no one has been able to resolve the issue.

The sales process was misleading, with a "plug and play" promise that has proven to be false. After countless calls to the call center, I've been met with excuses and a lack of accountability.

The representatives I've spoken with have been unable to provide a solution or take ownership of the problem. It's clear that there's a lack of training and effective communication within the company.

I'm frustrated and disappointed in the level of service I've received. Rewardsco and MTN needs to improve their customer service and ensure that their products work as promised. Until then, I would caution others against making a purchase. Rating: 1/5 stars
