I wanted a cellphone contract with MTN; and I received a call from them as a third party company. The consultant was so rude and not cooperative; she ended up ordering a wrong cellphone which is more expensive than what I wanted. When I told her that I want to cancel the contract she hanged up the phone; I tried to call back more than three times but they put me on hold for almost an hour. That company is a **** and they will deduct money from your account whereas; the cellphone was not even delivered. MTN WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF THEM AND THEIR **** SERVICE.
