REWARDSCO - A MASSIVE WASTE OF TIME!

Agent for Rewardsco called me masquerading as a Vodacom rep. I was due for an upgrade which I declined, but the agent said because I was a longstanding Vodacom client with 5 numbers, they could reduce my bill overall by 50% because I have reached pensionable age. Was paying approx 3K p/m which would reduce, plus they would give me a phone and router at no charge. My bill has actually increased to R3,3K! I disputed this, and they proceeded on investigation, promising to give results in 2-3 days. This was 2 weeks ago. I called today and they say the agent has been given a final written warning. Now they are in process of reversing everything to what it was before, and also making arrangements to collect the devices that were given. Massive waste of time and frustrating process. While writing this they called about device collection STILL saying they are calling from Vodacom NOT REWARDSCO! This has to stop!
