After a telephonic incident with a staff member, I made an irate call to the management of Rewardsco to resolve the issue. It has been a long time since I have received such professional service from any company. I dealt with Ms. Amanda Lubbe, a manager from the service department who was so professional, friendly, and engaging. the matter was dealt with in less than 24hrs to my full satisfaction.
