Hi Guys It would be greatly appreciated if you answer your phones. I have been trying to get hold of you regarding my cellphone return. Upgrade done 30 June 2021 Phone received 6 July 2021 Phone returned 7 July 2021 to MTN store, waybill no and references received and sent through to MTN I need to know if you have received the phone, and when the cancellation of the handset will be done, so that I can select a new phone. It is 11 August 2021 already. Surely processing does not take that long?
