Rewards co must fall

Stupid agent lord and said I can move around with WiFi and it’s unlimited. I had my doubts and he assured me . All lies , I want to cancel and they told me to go to the nearest MTN store , I went to the closest MTN store and I was told I can return it there , had to spend my last money traveling all the way & buying airtime to call them for nothing on top of that I had to buy data on my phone because I had to work and their router wasn’t working!!! They’ve cost me too much and still struggling to return the item ! I want Agent Samkelo delt with for this inconvenience !!!!!
