Poor service

App**** for my contract online on the 22nd of April, was called by callen on the same everything was finilised, delivery was said to be in 3-5 working days, called on Monday the 5th to check how far was my phone was told to wait the latest will be today the 9th of may, called today and spoke to a very rude consultant by the name of smangele mthembu who told me my application has been cancelled due to no stock, when I asked who gave me an update she said it's the consultant that did my application, when I asked to speak to her manager she said her manager is not there she will send a request for a callback, told her they failed to call me when they were supposed to call now that I've called I want her manager, she still refused, asked her what's her managers name she refused with a name saying she has many managers, when I asked her since she has many managers she can put me through to any that is available, she said they are all not there. I'm sitting here asking myself what kind of business is this what a poor service😡
