Pay me back my money!!!!!!!!!!!
Still waiting for a credit which was promised to me by a Manager close of business last week Friday 24.05.2024. A week later and still no credit paid, wait 30 minutes holding to be told another week until the credit is paid. I will not wait and let them hold my money any longer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR VOCACOM ACCOUNTS WITH THEM, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PAY IT BACK! This has been an ongoing fight since February 2024.
