Pathetic Rewardsco / Mondo!!!
What a unprofessional business. I upgraded with them. The agent proceeded to upgrade the wrong contract. Now I cant use my internet contract as it was changed to a normal cell phone contract. I have been trying to get this mistake by them reversed for MORE THAN A MONTH now and still no feedback. Useless and *********** is the what comes to mind with these people. It's so pathetic that they cannot do a simple reversal on their system within a week - I'm waiting far more than a month now..
