Pathetic Customer Service

Upgraded my MTN contract line recently, but the best they could do is open my application and leave my application lying around without actioning it. Tried calling them but they act like a ghost organisation with noone answering my calls whatsoever. One wonders why major telcos like MTN and Vodacom rely on companies with such poor customer service??
