Offering non-existent MTN contracts

Matthew from RewardsCo phoned to upgrade my cellphone contract. I was offered 100min and 20.5GB for R299 a month. On a few occasion I confirmed this with him, even when he read the T&C’s. I upgraded two contracts. I could not find any plans similar to the one I was offered only to phone MTN and be told it’s actually 1.5GB. The call was recorded and I am definitely taking this further.
