Not what we agreed!!
Company upgraded my contracts. Promised me all my upgrades. Half done half not done. No paperwork as promised no Emails and now the person who helped me doesn't exist. Vodacom isnt helping and now i have to resolve this mess

10 Mar 2025, 12:06I have sent multiple call me back requests. i called your callcenter at 8:30 this morning and your telephone lines say that i am calling out of operating hours and then just there after you say you open at 8am!! this is redicilous!! SORT OUT THE MESS THIS COMPANY CREATED FOR ME
