NO COMMUNICATION ON CONTRACT APPLICATION

My contract was approved on the 13th of December 2024, I was told that I would receive my device in 5 days, I’m still waiting for it and no one has reached out to me.

Today, 27 December 2024, I’ve been trying to reach the business telephonically but I can’t get through because I’m apparently calling outside working hours. How is that possible because today is not a public holiday and the working hours on a Friday are 08:00 to 16:00.

Can someone contact me and inform me of the status of my contract application otherwise I’ll just have to cancel it.
