MTN/REWARDSCO

I was due for an Upgrade and received a call fro MTN offering me a deal. I was told to get the smart watch at a store when I get to the store I'm told that my deal was handled by mtn HO. Phoned MTN HO and was then told that I must call Rewardsco. I called Rewarsco and was told that the deal was complete. Argued that they should listen to the Voice recording. Why do rewardsco offer Deals that they cant provide. I don't even know where to go fro. Here. Is it MTN or Rewardsco.
