MTN up's their client service

Hi After struggling for some time with MTN, with my upgrades, I'm extremely surprised with the last time. Received call, did upgrade, new router deliverd in 2 days. Well done. I also did an addition onto one of my other contracts, more data for a give away price. All done over the phone with results in minuts
