MTN SUPPORT SUCKS, MONDO TRIES TO ASSIST

Got extremely good service from Zaheera. Going out of her way to assist me with my ongoing unresolved query with MTN.

She went through all records to give me answers that I am supposed to get from MTN and not Mondo. But she saw my frustration and tried to give me as much proper answers as required.

I was not happy to deal with Mondo in the beginning but she definitely changed my mind for future dealings.

Doing much better job than MTN customer service.
