MTN data contract cancellation
Extremely pathetic service. I have logged a cancellation 2 days ago for a MTN contract that I was deceived into taking since the consultant **** about the offer and the contract presented thereafter was totally different. Hence the cancellation. Several emails have been sent to Rewards, and It still hasn't been resolved.

I have called Rewards and Mondo and apparently MTN is under maintenance and unable to assist. however I am receiving calls from DSV courier and mtn about delivery. I would like for this is be resolved immediately because I did not accept this contract.
