Mtn and rewardsco misled me i need action to be done

I have been misled by rewardsco they have sold me somthing which i never asked for i queried it and a lady named ramona said that it will canceled because they investigated and found that the sales agent sold somthing to me which i never asked for ...... she then said it was being canceled and i know all calls are recorded i want a recording so i can take it to court....... also a month after i got a call from new debt saying i owe mtn R1000 ... i explained my situation and he understood.... a month later i got another call from new debt sayin i owe mtn R1500 ..... will this ever end i mean can such a big company play with people's credit scoring i tried to apply for a bond and it got declined because of rewardsco so who do i blame for this mishap someone needs to answer because this isnt on and futher more i will claim because i was turned down from being able to buy stuff n mtn ruined my credit score
