MTN and RewardsCo - Disastrous Service
Why MTN use RewardsCo to process their upgrades or deal with their customers is beyond me. The service received from this company has been absolutely atrocious. They messed up my upgrades the first time and then when I complained to MTN they tried to rectify the upgrade and messed it up again. This means I received the incorrect phone colour and my contract is on the incorrect package.......I am definitely moving to another service provider when my contract is up.
