Mondo - Selene very helpful

I had trouble canceling a contract for a product I ordered, because of staff not making sure and double checking before saying - Yes it fine it will work or it has been done.

I have been struggling to sort out the problem since October 2021 and finally Selene was able to assist me and rectify the problem in a very helpful manner.
