MONDO Sales dishonesty

Mbuso assisted me well today 14 June to log a complaint. But my complaint is I received a call last Friday 09 June at 10:00 the morning and I asked that person where he is calling from - he said MTN. I asked him again, so you are not calling from MONDO? He said NO, he is from MTN. I specifically told him that I do not want to deal with MONDO. He mislead me into a 36 month sim package deal, by lying! I called back on Friday 09 June at 10:49 to cancel this package deal and the answer I got was that it can only be done in 7 days. I now have been credited with a new package that I cancelled!? I want you to get the call recording and I also want the name of that person who called me on Friday. I am waiting on your reply.
