MNT HOME ROUTER THROUGH 3RD PARTY REWARDS CO

We saw an ad for MTN Uncapped home router, was eventually called back, still thinking we were speaking to mtn, offered a contract for an Uncapped home router for R499 pm. We paid an amount of R589.90 into an mtn account. Delivery was promised within 48 hours. Eventually the courier company contacted us promising delivery on Monday 3 July 2023 between 12pm and 2pm. Time went by. Eventually i phoned mtn only to be told the contract was done by a 3rd party named rewardsco? And that they stopped the package from being delivered. This is ********* and ********. I will be contacting my attorney as well as the ombudsman. No answer at their office. And MTN says their hands are tide
