Misleading sales
I was not happy with the sales team from vodacom as I was mislead to get into contract with them for the wifi ruter costing R300p.m then boom following month I was debited with R500, I then escalated the matter to the rewards Team which then resolved the matter within 2 months ,the team was very friendly, helpful and very professional...I'm happy to get my money back
