misleading information on upgrade request

Poor and misleading upgrade advise - was given a simswop when I wanted an handset upgrade. Unable to reverse as the internal "investigation team" listens to the recording and declines that there was an issue with the advise given by the operator. Will take this up further. I really suggest to walk into a store than doing any upgrades on a call any longer.
