misleading and false information

Do not ever deal with rewardsco.com, rather go to the direct stores. They lie to customers for sales and even customer care dont reply. they called me making believe they from vodacom, I logged a query on 8 August with ***. the next day I got an sms to say that I will be contacted within 2 business days or did they mean 2 months..... Its a whole month later and I still havent heard any feedback. I called several times and the agents reply with a standard answer.... will forward to the relevant and they will contact you back once they listened to the call as all call are recorded. I wonder if that is true. On 27 Feb 2023 I received a call from "Vodacom" but actually from rewardsco. Me believing it was Vodacom the lady advised that my contract on 060******x was done and that I no longer pay for a device and that she offers extra minutes for the same amount. me not thinking that this is a new contract that she is signing me up. I told her as long as my amount does not go higher because I already have 2 data contract on my name. She was also sly and clever to add free gigs to my new contract ( a contract that I didnt agree on cos why would I take another contract without taking a device) without my consent and then I realise that the free data she gave was for 3 months and being billed afterward. WHY IN HEAVENS NAME WOULD I WANT TO PAY EXTRA FOR DATA IF I HAVE ALREADY 2 DATA CONTRACT. this agent was misleading and is *****ing and lying for sales without customers consent.
