Mislead customer

I upgraded my MTN contract with rewardsco at the beginning of June. They told me that the phone comes with a smart watch but when they delivered the phone it was not there. I called them several times but no one gets back to me. They say I must go to the Samsung app to redeem the phone but there is no option there. It has gone 3 weeks and they cannot resolve my issue. I spend about 30 mins a day trying to call them and no one responds to emails.
