Lezian Williams: Great service from him. Keep it up

Lezian Williams is the best consultant any caller would wish to pick up the call. He's very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. When he says "Hold on for 2mins", it takes him 2 minutes at most to get back on the call, whereas others take forever. It's a pity there is no way to guarantee reaching him on the first attempt, otherwise all callers would leave the call being happy and satisfied. So far it's taken me 3 attempts to reach get assistance from the consultants who pick up, I only get helped by the 3rd person and each time it happens to be Lezian. Kudos to him for holding the Fort, he understands the frustration of waiting for many minutes on the phone waiting to be assisted and end up not being assisted, he does his best to assist.
