I have had the worst experience with rewards co in terms of overall experience. Rewardsco ended up canceling my number and not my contract as I requested. I had to phone in about 4 times to rectify issues that mondo had made. Lezain was really helpful in terms of sorting these issues out and making sure that things were done correctly. I wish all your consultants could be this skillful.

In terms of overall experience, to be honest, rewardsco does not deserve a star with all the mistakes that were made. You guys really need to get more skilful and knowledgeable people like Lezain in your organization.

I rate Lezain as 5 star because I feel like he was the only person I spoke to that knew what was going on and making sure things are sorted out properly.
