Karessan - excellent service

I had an issue with getting an issues sorted out with MTN regarding a contract and no one called me back, I had to keep calling in, until I was lucky enough to get Karessan on the other side of the line. He took full ownership of my issue and ran with it personally. He was incredibly helpful and was the deciding factor of me staying my MTN as my service provider or moving over to another Provider. Staff like this should be cherished.
