Having problems bring credited fir a phone that was returned in November 2021. Credit was to have been passed a week ago after three months of queries. Not done. Spoke to Jerusha Naidoo today to waiver fees and cancell contract. Very pleasant informative and helpful in solving problem. Goes an extra mile to assist clients
