Incorrect contract values provided
The lady who called **** about the amount I am paying on my contracts, just to try to so called "upgrade" my contracts without any additional cost, yet the amount I am paying is far less than what you are offering! RewardsCo is a bunch of ****MERS. Do NOT accept any offers form RewardsCo-****mers!

You didn't even contact me to give you information on this case, or was my valuable information not even needed since you clearly came to the conclusion that your employee gave me incorrect information and contradictory values of tariffs and cost?

Or did you just reply this as a standard reply in the hope that customers and the public will be silent about your ****ming techniques?
